Gluten-Free Flour Blend

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c brown rice flour
  • 2/3 c potato starch
  • 1/3 c tapioca starch/flour
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum

Instructions

  1. Sift all ingredients together, combine with a spoon until one uniform mixture and store in a jar.
  2. Use cup for cup in most cake recipes
