For anyone looking for a solid gluten-free baking blend that only uses 4 ingredients and works well in most cakes, muffins, pancakes, and sweet breads look no further. This is a brown rice flour based blend so if you are partial to the hearty flavor of brown rice, this is a great blend to use.
I don’t have a gluten allergy so I know not every type of flour agrees with those who do, but hopefully you find this blend helpful!

Gluten-Free Flour Blend
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c brown rice flour
- 2/3 c potato starch
- 1/3 c tapioca starch/flour
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
Instructions

Sift all ingredients together, combine with a spoon until one uniform mixture and store in a jar.

Use cup for cup in most cake recipes
